Vintage Men's USGI Military Medium Woodland Camouflage Outergarment Suit, Chemical Jacket.  Manufactured by Propper International Inc.  Dated 1991 (DLA100-91-C-0392).  26 3/4" Zippered Front with Storm Flap and 3 Velcro Closures.  2 Velcro Chest Pockets and 2 Velcro Sleeve Pockets.  Velcro Cuffs.  Drawstring at the Waist.  Actual Measurements:  25" (50") Chest (pit to pit).  25 1/2" Sleeve length (top of shoulder seam to bottom cuff hem).  22" Across Shoulders.  32" Overall Length (top of collar to bottom hem).  24" (48") Waist Opening (max).  See condition description.
