The three stages of product use:
1. The first stage (A1): soft, adapt to a few minutes for the first use, wear for 12 hours a day after adapting, and use it for 1-2 months.
2. The second stage (A2): medium elasticity and hardness, suitable for mild to moderate teeth, no significant, can be used directly, the use time is 2-3 months.

Instructions for use:
