Stanley Sweetheart Low Angle Jack Plane #62, Hand Plane

Description

Purchased this plane new about a year ago. Has been well cared for, kept inside and kept waxed. Never dropped or misused in any way. I flattened the back of the blade with my diamond plates and over the last year have only had to hone the edge 2-3 times (I never re-ground the bevel). The extra thick blade made of A2 steel holds an edge for an incredibly long time. I only have used it for end grain work but found that it really hasn't offered much of an advantage over my high angle bevel down planes, which is why I am selling.
