HomeInventoryTrac offers a comprehensive set of fields, enabling you to catalog a wide range of information: Item name, Origin, Location , Category, Owner Name, Condition, Serial Number, Purpose, Model, Purchase Price, ReplacementCost, DatePurchased, Todays Date Color, Style, Insured , Insurance Carrier, and more. You can effectively find the information you are looking for by using the powerful search feature. HomeInventoryTrac allows you to enter text keywords based on the field information stored in the database. The sort features allows you to quickly sort records by the following fields: Item Name, Brand, Serial Number, Date Purchased, and Current Value. HomeInventoryTrac allows you to access the web and add your favorite web site link for future access. You can export existing home inventory records to a Microsoft Excel file in CSV (Comma-separated values) file format.
Other features include a powerful database to get you started, easy input entry form, an option to sort by category, export data to an Excel file, flexible search by all fields, user friendly help information and the option to save and access websites via the internet.
