this is a 2 position switch, either position is always hot
This one is prewired for an easy replacement of your broken switch.
This switch fits following models.
1953-1972 K, XL, XLH
1963-1972 XLCH
1936-1972 all Twins including: UL, FL, WL
Flat Head, Knuckle head, Pan head and model 45
