    Description

    Beautiful vintage
    Dominion chrome waffle maker 1950,60's model 1311-D. This is large and heavy with art deco handles and squiggles engraved on the top. Very good to excellent condition for its age, appears to have been barely used if at all and it gets hot.  The plug gets warm when it is plugged in and the original cloth cord is still coiled in the factory fresh style of the era. The reversible cooking plates have waffle on one side and griddle on the other.
    The plates measure 9.75" square and makes four 4"x4" waffles.  There are spring loaded clips to release and secure the plates to the body of the appliance.  The glass window on the top shows the glow as the waffle maker coils heat up. With the handles, this piece measures 15" wide, 14" deep, by 5" high.
    Please review the pictures carefully.  There are small amounts of tarnish on the feet, plates and clips.  This would be perfect for any collector interested in 50's memorabilia or for a period production (movie or play) that needs props.
