    This Vintage 90s Desert Storm Era US Army Chocolate Chip DBDU PASGT Vest Cover is in excellent, clean condition and looks as if it was never issued. Size is Small-Medium and the maker is Propper International Inc. All snaps and velcro surfaces are clean, no rips, tears or holes can be found anywhere. There is a small area of light discoloration on the bottom left of the front face, it looks like some minor fading. Please examine the photographs carefully for the best description of condition.
