Understanding how to Install/ Use this Software:

You must have a qualifying Microsoft (or competitor) software to be able to use the MICROSOFT WORD 97 UPGRADE Software

Any version of Microsoft Works for DOS (1.x or 2.x) or; Microsoft Works for Windows (version 4.x or OLDER)

Any version of Microsoft Word (95 or older)
·
Competitor WordPerfect for DOS or WordPerfect for Windows (version 7 or OLDER) or IBM

Usually you do not have to install that qualifying software
·
When the dialog box comes up informing that the install is unable to find a qualifying product, usually you can swap CD’s for the qualifying product

Navigate to the path of that products CD’s (or Floppy’s), wand when you are informed that you qualify to use the upgrade, swap back to the Office 97 Upgrade CD
·
If you have been using computers for a long time, you might have an old CD for a qualifying product, these efforts should help the installation find your qualifying product

products have a non D.O.A. warranty and can have minor case blemishes and scratches or regular wear and tear.
Seller Refurbished
products are refurbished by CPSITECH including an extensive examination of all hardware components.  Refurbished items can have minor case blemishes and scratches or regular wear and tear, and may come with or without manuals or recovery discs (please refer to description for more details).
Manufacturer Refurbished
products are from other retailers, distributors, or wholesalers that have been thoroughly tested, including an extensive examination of all hardware components. Refurbished items can have minor case blemishes and scratches or regular wear and tear, and may come with or without manuals or recovery discs as provided by our sources (please refer to description for more details).
New – Other
products are usually several years old, but are usually sealed in original factory boxes or bags.  They may have been opened to verify product contents.
New
products have never been used and come in sealed manufacturer boxes, including all original factory accessories, manuals and software.

Because you are buying from an established retailer and repair shop, NOT a private party, your items are backed by CPSITECH standard
7 day warranty or as stated in the item description.
We guarantee all our items are in good working order unless being sold “AS-IS” (whereupon there is no warranty).
Buyers have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return for replacement or refund at our option

We ship via USPS or UPS. Closing prices are for the item(s) only, and do not include shipping (unless indicated as FREE SHIPPING in the listing). Shipping and handling costs are fixed, listed with each auction, and are IN ADDITION to the winning price.
If you have questions about shipping rates, contact us BEFORE you purchase (you are responsible for buying the item if you BUY IT NOW, regardless of shipping costs).
If a shipment arrives damaged it must be reported to us immediately. We cannot ship to post office boxes for UPS. For your protection all packages over in value will require a signature upon delivery

PayPal ONLY with a confirmed 48 Continuous States in the United States shipping address. All orders paid through Paypal are shipped to your CONFIRMED Paypal address ONLY (if your address is not confirmed, you cannot use Paypal - contact Paypal for more information).
We reserve the right to deny any order made by members with zero or negative feedback (please email us before bidding if you have changed your user ID or have excessive negative feedback, or your bid may be cancelled).
