PICKWICK/33  RECORDS was a subsidiary label of PICKWICK INTERNATIONAL, INC. commonly manufactured by KEEL MFG. CORP.
The label brand was launched in the spring of 1965, when Pickwick had a new deal with CAPITOL RECORDS for their unused back catalog,
as mentioned in "Billboard", March 6, 1965, page 3.
Even in the beginning, the label used licenses of  CA[PITOL RECORDS, WARNER BROS., REPRISE RECORDS, EVEREST, ABC-PARAMOUNT, ROULETTE RECORDS and other labels.
The label was in use till approximately middle of the 70s.
