    Description

    Up for auction is this tiny Art Nouveau sterling silver buttonhook. It measures just over 2 3/8 inches long by 1/2 inch wide at its widest point. It is in good condition with no flaws that I can see. The back is marked STERLING, followed by the stylized L of the La Pierre Mfg. Company. Following that is the number 1715. If desired, the button hook needs to be cleaned.
    Interestng info: La Pierre was in business from 1888 until 1929 when it became the International Silver Company.
