RETURNS:

of arrival to the shipping destination as indicated by the order's tracking number.  We ONLY accept authorized return with RA# with our Authorized Return Labels.   Go to your PURCHASE HISTORY to request a
RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
.  You will be given a Return Authorization Number after your request has been accepted.  Ship back the items to us with our quality sticker on them, and they will be inspected.  A refund will be issued within 3 business days after a positive inspection.  In order to qualify for a full refund, the returned
items must be in its original uninstalled condition.
What we shipped to you on an order, is what you are shipping back to us. Otherwise, you will be charged a restocking fee.

EVERY listed items are new and guaranteed AGAINST DEFECTS with their own warranty period.  A warranty entitles the original buyer to a free product shipped to the original shipping address attached on the order. The replacement product will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail free of charge.
